Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health. Meditation is a practice in which an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness. RDIAS organizes yoga and meditation sessions for students and faculties on regular basis and celebrates International Yoga day to raise awareness among students and faculties of the many benefits of practicing yoga.

RDIAS also ensures students to play cricket as it reinforces important concepts like teamwork, leadership, and discipline. Not every campus cricketer pursues the sport professionally, but the network they build during tours, training sessions and tournaments is invaluable and helps throughout their career. It provides an excellent opportunity to showcase ones talent to a big audience and get noticed by the people that matter
