Alumni Club
Kshitij, Alumni Club , RDIAS believes in cultivating and maintaining ties with its dear Alumni. The club provides a platform to our esteemed Alumni to showcase their achievements, experiences and share the ideas and knowledge with the new students. . Kshitij provides an interface for establishing a link between the alumni, staff, and students of the institute.
OBJECTIVES
- To promote a lifelong relationship and to act as a forum for the exchange of information among its members
- To provide career development opportunities and relative guidance by involvement and/or participation in industry-centric events
- To create interest and motivate the alumni to participate in the progress of the Institute

About:
The Alumni Talk Series is a potpourri of potential meaning that it provides everyone involved with its myriad of benefits. It is a platform to build a network and collaboration between current students and industrial partners. Students learned what it would be like when they approach the workforce and what it takes to be in a managerial position in the future. Furthermore, it aims to develop and maintain long-term relationships with alumni working in a multitude of fields.

Every year, Kshitij, Alumni Club, RDIAS holds its Alumni meet " REMINISCENCE / RETRACE" . This meet gives an opportunity to our alumni to interact with their old friends, classmates, and teachers and share their memorable experiences with all. | Speak to Lead workshop | July 26 , 2021 | Kshitij , Alumni club , RDIAS organized “ Speak to Lead @ Workshop on Public Speaking ” for BBA II semester students on July 26 , 2021 . The session witnessed the presence of young alumnus of the Institute, Mr. Shivansh Bhardwaj, Sales Leader , ESM Sydney Australia. Founder: Monday Micdays Alumnus, BBA 2015- 18. The session shared insights that to become a good public speaker , one should follow “BPM” approach wherein, B stands for Body Language and Voice Modulation, P for Practice and M for Mindset. The session focused on the importance of correct body postures and positive mind set during public interaction. |
| Quora : An Alumni Sesion | Dec 7 , 2021 | Ksitij alumni club of RDIAS organized “Quora- An Alumni Session” 2021 in the orientation ceremony of MBA students via Google Meet platform. The eminent resource persons for the event were proud alumni of the institute Mr. Abhinav Nakra Head Corporate Sales- Large and SME Accounts ,MBA 2008-10 batch , Ms. Aakriti Chauhan, Learning Specialist at Novartis ,MBA 2017-19 batch and Moderator Ms. Medha Sharma , Independent Instructor ( English and Soft Skills) , BBA 2017-2020 Batch. The session provided a wonderful opportunity to the students to discuss their doubts, concerns about academic and professional journey. |
| Career Planning is not Education : Its about Life | April 25 ,2020 | Kshitij ,The Alumni Club of RDIAS hosted a webinar on the title “ Career Planning is not about education : It's about Life !!!” on April 25 ,2020 for the students of MBA II semester. The eminent resource persons for the event were senior alumni of the institute Mr. Rahul Subhani , alumnus MBA 2003-05 i.e. currently working as Sr. Manager Medley Medical Solutions Pvt Ltd., Mr. Tarun Katula , alumnus MBA 2008-10 , currently working as Auditor, Ministry of Defense and Mr. Anshul Bhatiya , alumnus MBA 2010- 12 , currently working as Assistant Manager, Pixel Digital System. The session highlighted the importance of doing SWOT Analysis before taking any decision in life. They laid due emphasis on leading a happy and good life by taking jobs and responsibilities in which one has real interest |
