Library & Information Services

RDIAS library is a large repository of knowledge in terms of not only books but also the most up-to-date IT enabled facilities such as e-journals, audio-visual materials, CDs, Projects, Case Studies, Assignments, Journals, and so on, with an ideal learning environment. It is a fully air-conditioned, spacious, IT-enabled library with partitioned space for more than 100 students to study comfortably.

A collection of more than 40000+ volumes of assorted and exhaustive text/reference books on different areas of IT and Management.
Library subscribes to 90 Journals (11 International, 79 National), 883 E- Journal (879 International, 04 National), 15 Magazines (7 International, 8 National) & 12 Newspapers.
Online and Print Access to Economist, HBR, Sage Publications, Scientific American, Swarajya and other international journals of repute.
Multimedia and internet access to view documentaries, learning aids and business videos.
Online reservation, student’s suggestion & circulation status for all library users.
Resources including Syllabus, Question Bank, Reference sources etc. of all courses.

IT Facilities

The use of IT in teaching is considered paramount at RDIAS. Our Computer centre and IT infrastructure facilitate Internet & Intranet access, enabling students & faculty members to learn at their own time and pace around the clock.

Centralized Data and Network Management

Computer Labs

RDIAS has 1 Computer Centre and 3 Computer Labs with more than 150+, Intel i5/i7 based systems networked through Windows/Linux Server.
MBA Computer centers have latest software’s including Linux, Microsoft Windows, SQL server, Oracle 1Og, Oracle 11g, Microsoft Office 2010/2013/2016, Kespersky & Microsoft Security Essential Antivirus, R Studio. Campus agreement with Microsoft for unlimited access to all the softwares to facilitate online documentation and other technical help.
Both the labs are connected to the internet through 2 leased lines of 50 Mbps & 2 Broadband of 300 Mbps ( Total 700Mbps) from Airtel & DEN.
The entire campus is Fully WI-FI enabled.
Video conferencing through EDUSAT for open access of knowledge to staff and students is also set up in collaboration with AICTE.

Software Development Cell

RDIAS has a Software Development Cell where live industry projects are handled by students under the guidance of experienced mentors.

Faculty Nodes

RDIAS has provided every faculty member with an independent Desktop with 21 inches monitor and wireless K/B mouse, Headphone, webcam to explore & deliver the best in their lectures and for eloquently functioning the other administrative task.

Lecture Theatre

Teaching at RDIAS requires frequent workshops, presentations, seminars, conferences and co-curricular activities. The institute has a fully air conditioned lecture theatre with the state-of-art facilities with seat capacity of 180+ students. The theatre is well equipped with LCD projector, computer and an audio system.

Class Rooms & AV Rooms

The institute has 15 classrooms and 4 tutorial rooms with a sitting capacity of 60 and 30 students respectively. The rooms are fully air conditioned to ensure a proper learning environment. The rooms are fitted with a Interactive Panel Smart Board / LCD projector and audio visual facility and a networked computer to incorporate CAL, CAT, CAM & CAX for additional teaching aids, and along with a provision of OHP.

Media Studio / Business Design Lab

Our state-of-the-art Media Studio is a dynamic space designed for seamless podcast recording, live streaming, and multimedia content creation. Equipped with high-quality microphones, professional-grade cameras, advanced audio systems, and studio lighting, this fully immersive environment empowers students and faculty to produce top-tier digital content. Whether it’s a podcast or a live event broadcast, the studio provides all the essential infrastructure to bring creative visions to life, ensuring a premium experience every time.

Business Design Lab-A platform that helps provide solutions to business and industry by working on their problem statements through research, astute thinking, collaborations, use of analytical tools and smart decision making.

Health and Wellness Centre

For Nurturing minds, fostering wellness our institute provides a facility of Health and Wellness Centre where students undertake Yoga Sessions to build flexibility, strength, and inner peace.

Security

The campus is monitored through 170+ closed circuit television cameras at all times. Fire fighting system is installed and regularly checked to ensure proper functioning. Besides the electronic surveillance, round-the-clock guards are also deployed in the campus for in campus security and access control.

Cafeteria

A relaxed atmosphere, plenty of entertainment, and a variety of snacks and drinks – these are some of the things that make our Institute café-run, the ideal spot to interact in a light mood, or simply unwind after classes.

Sports Facilities

The Institute has Sports Facilities for boys and girls where the students have the facilities of playing table tennis, carrom, chess etc.
