Human resourcE Club

The club brings the students together on a common platform where they can enhance their HR Skills through participation and involvement in various HR related activities.This club is designed to help students learn more about Human Resource and what Human Resource Professionals do.

 

OBJECTIVES

  • To ensure that students should take the lead in arranging the events. This enables in developing the students to orchestrate the events successfully.
  • To enable students to understand the concepts and theories of HR in order to prepare them for Interviews in HR domain.
  • To bring the students together on a common platform where they can enhance their HR skills through participation and involvement in various HR related activities.

Events (JAN-DEC 2020)

“The Team Building Activity was planned with the theme of “WIN OVER WORLD (WOW)”. The motive of this activity was to inculcate team
spirit amongst them and expand the horizon of creativity beyond the mind of students. “WOW” was a team based activity in which students were assigned with three different games in which they had to show their efforts to work in a team along with creative results”

Events (JAN-DEC 2019)

INQUSITION 2019 was an Inter-College Case study Competition that brings together students from different business schools to compete in fast-paced and challenging business environment and understand contemporary concepts of Human Resource Management. Through this platform, we have tried to invite the brightest minds to bring out their insights at the table and propose the most efficient and innovative solutions to the firm struggling with the issue.The case selected were based on different themes.

1st Position went to students of CPJ, Jyoti & Rishabh Goel
2nd Position was awarded to Megha from DTU
3rd Position was announced for JIMS, Vasant Kunj, Vaibhav Vashisht, Dewansh Behl, & Divansh Bhambhry”

The HR Club of RDIAS organized an event of Personality Profiling for the final year students of MBA & BBA. The objective of the activity was to map the employability skills and attributes to guide them better and develop an improvement plan.A personality profile is a knowledge management tool used to provide an evaluation of an individual’s personal attributes, values and life skills in an effort to maximize his or her job performance and contribution

On the orientation day for the session starting 2019, Greenvertising event was organized in partnership by HR Club, Marketing Club & Social & Heritage Club. The motive of the event was to make students aware about Green Advertising initiatives of organizations to integrate advertising goals with sustainable development. The focus of the activity was to promote your product around the premises of environment or environmental situations

Group Discussion Sessions enable students to understand the concepts and theories of HR in order to prepare them for Interviews in HR domain.Topic for discussion was: Role of HR Managers, Community Management: As a Recruiter’s tool and Teambuilding : An Opportunity or Challenge for Employer?
Students of MBA participated in “Star Flow Fest event by Times of India” where students have gone through Panel Discussions and a series of workshops. MBA students participated in the Star- Flow Change Festival. The students shared their learning’s with their batch mates in this interactive session.

Students of MBA participated in “Star Flow Fest event by Times of India” where students have gone through Panel Discussions and a series of workshops.
Reliance Industries Limited conducted an online quiz for B-schools. The online quiz comprised maximum of 20 questions and the time limit provided was 30 minutes. students from RDIAS have participated in this online Quiz.

The HR Club organized the event HR café Poster Presentation of HR practices for the students of MBA. The motive of the activity was to expand the horizon of creativity beneath the minds of the students. This activity included a demonstration of research effort, a collection of company data or display of company artefacts presented for viewing. It represented the efforts of the student’s investigation into HR practices and norms of the company chosen.
