About ME
Ms. Shruti Dua is currently an Assistant Professor at Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies. She is also a student counsellor who is involved in counselling students with all facets of their personal, academic and professional lives. She graduated in Applied Psychology from the University of Delhi, where she emerged as a Gold Medalist. She has maintained exceptional academic excellence all throughout her educational path. She has profound knowledge of counselling and human behaviour dynamics, having two years of professional experience as a Counsellor in a top private firm. Shruti has finished her Masters in Psychology from the Department of Psychology, North Campus, University of Delhi. She has presented her research works at various international and national conferences. Her research focuses on organisational behaviour, human resource management, social psychology, mental health, environmental psychology and positive psychology. Previously, she worked at O.P Jindal Global University, Haryana, where she was involved in research projects and teaching elective courses.
