Dr Radhika Thapar  is  Doctorate in Computer Science from Jagannath university, Jaipur, Mphil in Computer science, Masters in computer applications and  Masters in Business Administration . She is currently working as an Associate Professor in Department of Management Studies. She carries a vast 15+ years’ experience in teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in Computer Applications, Information Technology and Management studies. She has actively participated in continued learning through conferences, networking events and professional research. She has contributed immensely to quality research through paper publications in national, international conferences and journals, having indexing in SCOPUS, ABDC & UGC Care. Believes  in students’ abilities to learn and inherent thirst for knowledge with the right environment. Actively work to connect students to their material to transform lives. Her area of research includes Human Resource Development and Software Engineering and business intelligence.
