Dr. Neha Yadav is currently working as Associate Professor in Department of Management Studies, Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies since 2017. She has been awarded Ph.D.(Management) from FMS, Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar. She has qualifiedUGC-NET (Management) .She has completed MBA from Gautam Buddh Technical University,Lucknow. She has several publications in national and international reputed journals. She has presented various research papers in national and international conferences.Her key interest areas include Human Resources Management and General Management.
