Dr. Aarti Sehgal is working as an Associate Professor in Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies. She has been associated with RDIAS for the past 8 years with an overall experience of 10 years, as an Academician. She did her post-Graduation in MBA with Honours. She has research and teaching experience in the field of Human Resource Management with special interest in HRM practices, Diversity and Inclusion and Organizational Behaviour. She has contributed several research papers as Book chapters and in National & International conferences including IIMs, IITs, GGSIPU, Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women, Delhi, FIIB, IMI Bhubaneswar and Rehabilitation World Congress 2021 at Denmark. She also served as a resource person in various webinars on HR Analytics and Qualitative research. She has also received the “Best Paper” award for her research contribution.
