Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies (RDIAS) has set up the Center of Excellence in Analytics for Policy and Strategy (COEAPS) in collaboration with Infinite Sum Modeling (ISM) LLC to create and disseminate knowledge in the area of policy and strategy.

The roots of RDIAS go back to the year 1986, ever since, Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies has tried to surpass the ordinary academic standards and establish units of excellence.

COEAPS is set up by the institute as a platform to serve as a bridge between policymakers, government agencies, civil society, industry and academia by supporting scholarly research, public policy and administration training programs and other capacity building activities at the intersection of government and society addressing some of the most important public policy and governance issues. It combines educational programs with current research; training and advisory services based on thematic public policy analysis.

The centre addresses some of the most important public policy and governance issues. The faculty body here is a rich amalgam of experience and knowledge. In addition to teaching, they are also involved in on-going research projects, which provide new perspectives and understanding of the present-day business milieu and socio-economical contemporaneity.

Our vision is to be recognized as an Institute that addresses the needs of society through innovative interdisciplinary research. We’re proud that our work is already making a positive impact on policy making and some of our reports are being reviewed by premier policy making institutions .The range of projects bring undertaken at our center underscores our commitment to carrying out work that can truly impact lives and simultaneously assist government in policy planning and execution.
